For the past year, there’s been no place like home. We have all been spending more time at home and rediscovering some of the simple pleasures life has to offer. If you own an inground pool, what a wonderful blessing that has been for safe family entertainment!

Our team has been carefully monitoring the COVID-19 situation from the beginning and following the advice of London, Ontario’s public health authorities. We have found ways to safely operate our business while protecting our clients and staff.

Retail Store Location

If you require something from our retail store but do not feel comfortable shopping in person, you are welcome to place an order over the phone. Orders will be paid by credit card and delivered to your address within 3-5 business days. Complimentary delivery is available within the city of London, Ontario while out-of-town customers will need to arrange for pick up at the store. All orders must be prepaid and to qualify for free delivery, the minimum purchase is $40.

Our staff have been educated on proper hygiene and sanitizing procedures and are working to keep our location safe. They use gloves while packing orders and when receiving or handling any customer-related products (water sample bottles, chlorine jugs, chemicals, accessories, etc.) Our retail store and showroom are practicing social distancing and a face covering is required.

Deliveries and Refills

For your convenience, each delivery will also include a free water sample bottle and water test form. Please note, for the safety of our staff and customers, we will not be providing delivery of liquid chlorine refills. This avoids handling and transporting of customer jugs in our service and delivery vehicles.

If you would like liquid chlorine delivered to your address, you will need to purchase the jug and the refill. The jug will be yours to keep and will not be eligible to be returned or refunded at a later date. If you would like to have your jugs filled, you may set up a contactless curbside pickup and our Hollandia staff will gladly refill your liquid chlorine jugs at our location.

On Location Services

Our team is still available to provide services on location, whether that is installing or renovating pools or purchasing a new hot tub or servicing and maintaining your equipment. We will treat you and your family with the utmost respect as we enter your property and you trust us to keep you safe. While working outdoors, we will maintain proper protocols set out by the Ontario government which protects both our staff and your family.
