Hollandia Pools is a privately held company, incorporated in the Province of Ontario in 1953. The company was started in 1950, and is one of the oldest continuously operating swimming pool construction companies in Canada.
Since its inception, the company has been involved in the design and construction of hundreds of successful commercial projects. The first commercial swimming pool Hollandia built was designed for a local community in London, Ontario in 1956. Hollandia has gone on to build pools for Western University, the City of London and out-of-town projects in Kingston, Windsor, Ottawa, St. John’s and Portage la Prairie, and most recently, the Pan Am Games Pools.
The scope of work undertaken by Hollandia ranges from design consultation to building professionals, design build projects of both Class ‘A’ and Class ‘B’ pools and water play and water park facilities, and competitive bid projects for various complexities. Our list of recently completed projects details the extensive portfolio of the company. The company maintains a full time staff of approximately 50 persons to execute multiple concurrent contracts on time and on budget.

The design and construction of the pool and spa must balance the needs of the owner with the amount of capital and operating costs in view. Space utilization of the site, marketability, safety and a host of other factors must also be part of the solution.
